CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH

I haven't mentioned this yet because I had to wait for test results. Anyone read about what's been going on with the hospital in Denver where the scrub tech was allegedly stealing drugs? Yep, that's where I had my laparascopy (elective mind you) last November and I had to get tested. Getting that certified letter in the mail was a punch to the gut. After all the infertility crap, the start-stall to my surgery decision (could've done it last July), and the fact that I never got pregnant this was like a final little flip of the bird. On both hands. But all's well that ends well in my world and my test was negative. :)

I feel so bad for any of the patients who have tested postive. A hospital should be a place to go for healing and while we know humans make mistakes; when something like this happens it's a life-changing event. Now these people who only wanted to get well are going to have to deal with a life-long disease. It's truly not fair.
