Fine, FINE! I stand corrected

We met with the tile guy this morning - he's going to re-grout the dots. And where it looks like tile isn't even, well he had an explanation for that. The cabinet on the left side of the stove and the cabinet on the right side of the stove are nice and level...but not with each other. *eye roll*. So he couldn't carry the straight line across the bottom due to the weirdness of the cabinets. Fuckity fuck fuck fuck....I don't know if he's feeding us a load of bullshit but he did show us that they were out of level...I just think think that they aren't THAT out of level with each other so there probably was a way to make it even. Whatever, I'm not the "tile professional" I'm just a stupid engineer.

It's a damn good thing that Scott's been dealing with our "dude in charge" because the "dude in charge" this morning said "yep, we're done right?". Uh no, MORON. There's still a screw sticking out of one cabinet, a nail sticking out of another one, a shim sticking out of the pantry, the tile on the landing isn't done, you can still see the staples holding the wood trim under the window sill to the wall, the baseboard isn't in YET and there's a weird piece of wood that looks stupid on our stairs that something has to been done about. *AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!* I absolutely would have lost it with a big fat "Are you fucking kidding me?!?!?!?" if I had been talking to him. Ha. At least we haven't paid him the last 10%. That should get his lazy fucking ass out here to finish what will take a whopping 2 hours!

I've had it. I hate remodeling. I absolutely do NOT have the personality to deal with this shit.
