Hello Exhaustion!

I fell asleep before 9pm last night.  Totally out.  Not sure what's up but I have figured out I'm not recovering from my workouts very well.  It's been almost a year that I've had the 4 days teaching  plus 1 day weightlifting schedule and I feel like I've been hit by a train by the end of the week.  So I trotted into the meathead store and dropped a ridiculous amount of money on protein powder and a recovery powder.  It is by recommendation of a fellow instructor but still...damn intimidating and silly feeling when I'm talking to bodybuilders.   

And...that's my excuse for forgetting to light candles for everyone I know who has lost a baby.  Sorry ladies, the intention was there but I was apparently fried.

In other news it looks like we'll be able to rent a room in the mountains from one of S's work buddies for the ski season.  And hopefully it's the last season that we'll be able to ski a bunch.  *ahem*  That's what I said LAST season.
