We picked a contractor for our kitchen! He'll be coming by the house tomorrow so we can go over the scope of work/contract. Let the madness commence...starting with the fridge! I thought we were pretty on top of the details but of course this guy who is building custom cabinets for us wants to start (i.e. get $$) immediately if not sooner. That means we have to give him dimensions of the refrigerator. I don't know what kind of fridge we're buying so I spent a good 1/2 hour last night at The Great Indoors taking measurements. Guess what? They are ALL different sizes. You can't just pick a 22cu-ft counter-depth refrigerator and expect them to be the same size. In true "me" style I'm totally freaked out because I don't know which one we want! I didn't sleep well and I can't focus on any one task at the moment because I'm thinking about refrigerators. And then, ta-da! Stop being such a moron! We need space around the fridge anyway because they are all different sizes so if we need to replace it down the road for some reason we need wiggle room - woo-hoo! Problem solved! Now I just have to pick the dimensions that I think will work for a variety of fridges and give them to the contractor for his design. *whew*

p.s. Yah, I'm still stressed.
