For a microblog, this is going to be a long explanation. That's me, shooting a shotgun for the first time ever. A colleague (R) of mine invited me to be on a sporting clays tournament that another colleague's husband (T and J) set up. I know J from my first job in geotechnical engineering and I know T because I work with her now. R is a work-friend who didn't realize J and I go way back. Anyhoo, J let me tag along without paying, T let me shoot her gun and R was the instigator of the whole thing. I made it to 28 rounds before crying uncle, but I also got 8 clays!
The same night was spent at Drag Queen Bingo. It was everything I had hoped it would be.
This is so where I work.
I wish I had pictures from hanging out with my friend from Houston. We went to a park, our kids played together and we even managed to have lunch.
Rainy and blah. No pics.
A lovely Colorado Fall day. A trip to one of the yummiest breweries around, and a pumpkin patch with my three favorite boys.
